Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Beetle, an online platform that lets users create and send proposals and track how they are viewed (“the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to info@boschlogic.nl.

1. The Service and your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account and company details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of your business.

2. Trial, subscriptions and payment

The Service may be offered with a free trial. After that, a paid subscription (per user, billed monthly or yearly) is required to keep using paid features. Prices are shown on the website and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Yearly plans are billed in advance for the full term. You may cancel effective at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

3. Acceptable use

You will not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive or infringing purposes, to send unsolicited messages (spam), or in any way that harms the Service or other users. You are solely responsible for the content you place in proposals and for complying with applicable laws.

4. Your data and processing (GDPR)

Where Beetle processes personal data that you enter into proposals (such as the names and email addresses of your clients) in order to provide the Service, Beetle acts as a processor and you as the controller. Such processing is governed by a data processing agreement (DPA), which forms part of these terms and is available at beetle.app/dpa. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy statement.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service (software, design, trademarks) belong to Beetle. You retain all rights in the content you create. You grant Beetle a limited licence to that content only as needed to provide the Service (such as storing and displaying it via shareable links).

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Beetle's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the event. Indirect or consequential damage is excluded.

7. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. Beetle may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the law. After termination your data is deleted or anonymised in line with our retention periods, subject to legal obligations.

8. Changes

Beetle may change these terms. We will announce material changes in advance by email or in the platform. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
